    • Additional Publications
         The International Step by Step Association (ISSA) holds an annual competition for books for children up through age ten. As the ISSA Council member organization in Azerbaijan, CIE has permission to publish and sell translations of the winning books. More than twenty illustrated children's books are available. The following three titles are professionally edited and printed:
