ABOUT US! The Center for Innovative Education (CIE) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) whose main aim is to assist educational experts, institutions, policy-makers, advocacy groups and the general public in improving the quality and efficiency of education in Azerbaijan. Our activities range from capacity building to policy advice, including technical assistance to education professionals and advocacy work. We believe that through our long term development programs and innovative pilot projects, as well as through effective partnerships we contribute to making Azerbaijan a modern country where inclusion and partnership based approaches will be a common characteristic in education and society at large.
